Job Responsibilities
  1. The Account Manager / Platform Administrator will manage customer accounts, assist with onboarding, and handle operational tasks across WhySMS and future platforms.
    As the candidate gains product knowledge, the role may also involve account development and introducing additional services — optional and based on capability, not mandatory.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage customer accounts across multiple platforms.
    Create, configure, and maintain customer accounts and services
    Support customer onboarding and activation processes
    Monitor usage, balances, quotas, and service status
    Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with technical teams
    Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
    Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and internal tracking
    Communicate professionally with customers via email, WhatsApp, or calls
    Identify opportunities to expand customer usage when appropriate

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field

Strong communication skills (Arabic and English is Required)

High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Comfortable working with multiple web-based systems and dashboards
Ability to learn new platforms and services quickly
Responsible, organized, and proactive mindset
Experience in administration, account management, or customer support is preferred

Experience Requirements

Nice to Have


Experience with SaaS platforms or telecom / email services
Basic understanding of messaging, OTP, or email systems
Ability to handle account discussions after onboarding and training
